The Program Committee operates on a semi-annual rotation, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of NICE’s academic programming. Responsibilities include speaker recruitment, editorial curation, and strategic scheduling. Members define monthly session quotas across multiple languages and coordinate delivery formats—ranging from live broadcasts to curated recordings—to ensure a comprehensive portfolio of paper discussions, expert interviews, and open-source showcases.
